**Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with benefits and hourly wages ranging from $29.00 - $46.00+ / hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.**

Ebenezer is hiring a nurse whom would be responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the Long term care center and transitional care unit patients are met. Supported by a team of nursing assistants, housekeeping, activities, culinary, social work and more. Come join the **Jones-Harrison** Skilled Nursing community in Minneapolis, MN near beautiful Cedar lake.

Nursing schedule includes;

48 hours per two weeks

Day/Evening shift

Every other Saturday/Sunday and holiday schedule rotation

**Responsibilities/Job Description**

Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan

Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies

RN - Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed

Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

**Qualifications**

**Required:**

Current MN RN/LPN license or by start date

BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currentlyenrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must beobtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independentpractice

AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers

**Preferred:**

Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems

Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN

Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers
