Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Concierge to join our team at Spring Cypress Senior Living. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional service mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating unique guest experiences. As the Lead Concierge, you will be responsible for supervising the concierge team, ensuring the highest level of guest service, and providing personalized recommendations and solutions tailored to our guests' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the concierge team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Oversee daily operations of the concierge desk, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, attractions, and service providers to offer exclusive guest services and experiences.
- Curate and recommend personalized itineraries, dining options, and activities based on guests' preferences and interests.
- Manage and coordinate special events, transportation, and other concierge services for guests, ensuring attention to detail and flawless execution.
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback and service challenges, implementing solutions to improve overall service quality.
- Assist with training and development of the concierge team, providing ongoing guidance and support to enhance service delivery and team performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, businesses, and attractions to provide accurate recommendations and insights to guests.
- Handle guest complaints and issues with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on resolution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a concierge or front desk role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position in the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- In-depth knowledge of the local area, including attractions, dining, and entertainment options.
- Proficient in the use of property management systems and other concierge-related technology.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
