That's Nice, But What's the Job?

In short, as an Analyst II, Marketing Analytics – Paid Social, you'll be a key player on DriveTime's performance marketing team, owning the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid social campaigns. You'll bring analytical horsepower, platform expertise, and a test-and-learn mindset to help us drive efficient customer acquisition and engagement.

You'll be joining a team dedicated to building a world-class marketing strategy by leading in innovation, automation, and data-driven decision making. We're a small team that packs a big punch, and we're looking for someone who can take our paid social efforts to the next level.

In long, our Analyst II, Marketing Analytics – Paid Social is responsible for:

  • Managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across platforms with a focus on ROAS, CPA, and customer acquisition.
  • Building and refining audience strategies including custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting.
  • Designing and executing A/B tests for creative, copy, and targeting strategies.
  • Partnering with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets based on data insights.
  • Analyzing campaign performance using SQL, Excel, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Developing dashboards and reports to monitor performance and identify trends.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align paid social efforts with broader marketing and business goals.
  • Collaborate with BI and Data Science teams to enhance the data ecosystem supporting campaign optimization and performance insights.
  • Exploring new paid social platforms and emerging ad formats to expand reach and efficiency.
  • Communicating insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

So What Kind of Folks Are We Looking for?

  • Analytical mindset: You love digging into data and uncovering actionable insights.
  • Meta advertising expert: You know your way around Ads Manager and understand how to drive performance.
  • Strategic thinker: You can connect campaign tactics to business outcomes.
  • Creative collaborator: You know how to translate data into creative briefs and feedback.
  • Intellectual curiosity: Why? What? How? Do you find yourself always wanting to learn more and broaden your knowledge base? If so, this could be the role for you.

The Specifics.

  • 1+ years of experience in paid social advertising, with a strong focus on Meta platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Sigma. Python is a plus.
  • Experience with campaign planning, budget management, and performance reporting.
  • Quantitative degree preferred (e.g., economics, analytics, marketing science, computer science).
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results through paid social campaigns.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
