That's Nice, But What's the Job?
In short, as a Building Administration Manager, you will supervise administrative staff across multiple locations and create efficiency and consistency in processes and procedures throughout all locations.
In long, our Manager, Building Administration is responsible for:
- Supervising and mentoring multi-site (and state) administrative staff, including assigning tasks, providing performance feedback, and addressing concerns.
- Fostering a collaborative work environment and teamwork among administrative staff to achieve team goals.
- Leading by example, demonstrating high standards of professionalism and work ethic.
- Overseeing overarching office supply inventory and vendor management, ensuring cost- effective purchasing
- Spearhead engagement projects and events, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines and strong stakeholder management
- Streamline administrative policies and procedures for efficient office operations.
- Lead specific projects as required.

The Specifics.
- High School degree required.
- 2 plus years of previous administrative experience.
- Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office; Ability to quickly learn new computer applications as required.
