DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reports to the F&A Director and is a salaried, exempt position. Responsible for receiving, stocking, shipping, and maintaining inventory of all center supplies and equipment.
- Demonstrates and abides by Eckerd Connects Values and operating principles.
- Maintains perpetual inventory and is responsible for inventory control and accountability of supplies and equipment.
- Assesses personnel needs and works with the Human Resources department to screen and interview potential staff. Recommends promotions, transfers, and merit evaluations within the department. Conducts and prepares performance appraisals.
- Posts and maintains inventory records and documents in accordance with center and DOL regulations.
- Completes Form ETA 3-28 (Inventory Transcription Sheet), Stock Record Cards and Property Signature documents, as specified by Department of Labor and center guidelines.
- Verifies all incoming supplies and materials for quantity and accuracy.
- Monitors inventory levels of consumable materials, except food items, and prepares appropriate purchase requisitions for approval.
- Prepares necessary reports for DOL as required.
- Screens excess property list for possible utilization on center.
- Arranges for disposition of excess materials in accordance with procedures as stated in Property Handbook.
- Creates and audits custodian logs.
- Procures supplies, materials, and equipment from General Services Administration (GSA) self-service store, and other vendors.
- Maintains accurate records on the physical location of all center property.
- Attends required in-service training sessions.
- Cultivates and maintains a climate on center that is free of harassment, intimidation, and disrespect to provide a safe place for staff and students to work and learn.
- Clearly communicates and consistently models appropriate CSS and employability skills including personal responsibility and computer fluency.
- Maintains accountability of staff, students, and property, adheres to safety practices in all areas of responsibility
- Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High School graduate or equivalent plus two years of related property and inventory control experience preferred.
- Prefer Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or associated field.
- Able to complete all mandated training requirements per government and management directives.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record preferred.
Additional Requirements: Knowledge of Government property management requirements and procedures desired. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Good computer and typing skills with knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to effectively relate to trainee population. Position requires an ability to operate office equipment. In addition, an individual must be able to interact with team members and maintain an effective working relationship with all facility staff and departments.
Salary Range:$45,134.00 To $59,763.00 Annually
