EECU is looking for an Indirect Consumer Lending Marketing Representative II that will be responsible for building and maintaining EECU's Indirect Lending Preferred Dealer Network. This position will be required to develop and execute all marketing/sales promotions, along with sales events, and dealership appreciation events. This includes the ability to interface and coordinate Dealer Group interactions to ensure successful campaign outcomes. Additionally, the Consumer Lending Marketing Representative II will be responsible for managing the Indirect Lending Marketing Budget to ensure events, lunches, and promotions are within the annual budget allocation. This position will be responsible for arranging monthly marketing activities for top producing dealerships. 

The Consumer Loan Department produces over $900 million in loans a year, supporting a loan portfolio of more than $2.0 billion. This consumer loan portfolio accounts for 60% of the credit unions outstanding loans. Acts as a subject matter expert for all consumer lending products, consulting with interdepartmental personnel and other relevant stakeholders within the credit union. 

The Consumer Lending Marketing Representative II will need to:

- effectively negotiate contracts and sell Consumer Lending Programs in Targeted Markets.

- require strong interpersonal skills with key stake holders including, but not limited to, Dealer Principles and Corporate Dealer Group Management. 

- be responsible for new dealer enrollments and working closely with key Dealer Legal personnel and engaging EECU's legal personnel on any applicable contract and/or Dealer agreement review. 

- work closely with EECU's retail center management and branch locations to ensure superior service levels are being met in relation to EECU's lending programs products, promotions, or loan escalations.

- work closely with Funding Management on any outstanding loan packet issues or discrepancies. 

- be required stay up to date on relevant consumer lending market trends and financial news on both a macro level as well as a market specific local level then analyze this data to anticipate and present strategies and program recommendations to Senior Management. 

- be responsible for educating dealerships and presenting strategies for them to maximize market potential with EECU's Indirect Lending Program.  

- be responsible for communicating to each dealership their delinquency trends, along with ensuring EECU's look to book ratios in an acceptable range. (if dealership does not meet those standards, then Consumer Marketing Rep II educates the specific dealership personnel on EECU's requirements)

- update EECU's website with EECU's Preferred Dealerships. Will be responsible for scheduling monthly dealership in-person visits.  

Responsible for compliance of all Federal and State rules and regulations pertaining but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Bribery Act, NCUA Privacy Regulations, Reg B, Reg Z, Service Members Civil Relief, and FCRA/FACTA. Required to attend initial and ongoing annual Bank Secrecy Act training. 

Candidates for EECU should possess the following knowledge and experience: 

· 7-10 years indirect auto lending and or banking experience 

· Strong Underwriting experience preferred 

· Must possess a strong sales ability, preferably in an indirect environment 

· Must have excellent time management skills 

· Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills 

· Extremely detailed, motivated, flexible, effectively prioritize, able to handle a fast-paced atmosphere 

· Must be extremely knowledgeable in MS Office Suite and PC knowledge

· Must have strong analytical skills, and be computer proficient 

· Must understand the big picture of portfolio lending and relationship management

· College degree or equivalent work experience required
