Job Summary:
The Epic Analyst works as a member of the IT Team and participates in the development and design of owned applications. The Analyst is required to gain an in-depth knowledge of the application(s). The Analyst will communicate, collaborate to review the software, analyze business operations, and work with end users to tailor the system to the organization. This includes current state and future state mapping and workflow development, application design and development, testing, issue resolution, application integration, implementation, and implementation of 3rd party integrated systems that align with digital technology solutions in the Electronic Medical Record space

Job Essentials:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Successfully achieve at least 1 Epic core certification within12 weeks of Epic training, with preference for Epic Ambulatory and/or Cupid.

  • PC Proficiency required. Windows and MS Office applications proficiency required.
  • Good organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills necessary.


Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.

License/Certification/Registry:

Certification in Epic Ambulatory or Cupid application is preferred.
