Job Summary:
Designated as the leader for a specified nursing area(s), its patient population and assigned staff. As such, he/she has 24-hour responsibility and accountability for all patient care activities, unit operation, and staff function.

Job Essentials: 5 years' MCH experience required. 3 years' L&D experience preferred.
Education Requirements: BSN required, Master's preferred. Certification in a Specialty required.
License/Certification/Registry: BLS, ACLS, NRP, Int. FHM within 3 years.
Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
Minimum rate: $115,000-$160,000
