- Dedicated hospitalist model at St. Mary's Superior 25-bed critical access hospital with transitional care services and an award-winning reputation for patient satisfaction, service, and quality care
- General Medicine patient coverage
- Friendly, collegial environment on an integrated campus with a hospital and primary care clinic
- Epic EMR
- 182 shifts per year is considered full-time, flexible scheduling
- 12-hour shifts, 7:00am-7:00pm
- Average daily census – 12
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine
- BC/BE in Family Medicine with strong interest and experience in hospital-based care (opportunity for the mentorship)
- Approx. 5 miles south of and adjacent to Duluth, MN and 150 miles north of Minneapolis, MN
- Superior population: 28,000, Duluth population: 86,000; Regional service area: 460,000
