Scheduler Responsibilities:
• Answer calls in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service
• Speaks in a clear and sensitive way when interacting with others
• Handles stressful situations without compromising service or quality
• Accurately completes all required paperwork and data entry
• Maintains professional attitude and performance in all interactions with clients and staff
• Adheres to Company Confidentiality standards.
• Must be fast paced, must be organized, friendly
Scheduler Required Experience and Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of location and surrounding area
• Able to work in a team environment
• Good organizational and customer service skills
• Strong computer skills
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40
