Job Summary工作职责：
1.全面管理和监督工装部门的日常工作，确保该部门的安全有效运行。
2.确保所有自动化机器得到正常维护，以***限度地减少停机时间。
3.通过批准的供应商（国内外）采购工具、夹具和机器，并进行跟踪、试运行和验收。
4.审查DFM，并从工具的角度提供意见和建议。
5.精通各种工装制造机床、数控、电火花、W形切割、车床等技术。
6.跟踪模具维修和改造的进度。与工程、生产、客户和供应商合作，以及时且具有成本效益的方式加快进度。
7.与团队一起完成夹具、设备和自动化生产线的验收活动。
8.在DFA过程中参与FMEA活动.
9.协助解决批量生产过程中与工装相关的问题。
10.参与缺陷分析，并与生产经理就如何提高质量、周期和效率进行沟通。
11.审查OEE的自动化机器/生产线报告
12.与供应商/客户合作改进工艺、机器、材料和工具
职位要求：
1.大专以上学历，机电一体或机械类专业，CET 4
2.1年以上电子制造业设备保养维护经验，熟悉SMT和组装类设备的优先
3.接受夜班轮班工作制度
