Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Analyst, Client Technologies located in Prai, Penang.
What a typical day looks like:
Explores complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May guide cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
· Exploring requirements for new requests.
· Acknowledging to requests for managed solutions and systems.
· Creating functional and technical specifications to guide current and future developments.
· Staying in regular contact with the project managers and colleagues (on-site and remotely).
· Working with each other and coordinating with stakeholders.
· Prioritizing tasks and singly working on problems.
· Working with multiple solutions to automate recurrent tasks
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Demonstrates operations and technical skills and comprehension of Flex client related functional standards. Demonstrates working knowledge of functional concepts and a solid comprehension of Flex client standards, policies and procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates in organization. Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with some abstract and concrete variables. Troubleshooting and problem solving skills are mandatory
