To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an automation engineer located in Baoan, Shenzhen.

Reporting to the Automation Manager, the Automation Engineer role involves：

What a typical day looks like:

· Overall management and supervision of the daily work of the tooling department to ensure the safe and effective operation of the department.全面管理和监督工装部门的日常工作，确保该部门的安全有效运行。

· Ensure all automation machines receive normal general maintenance to minimize downtime.确保所有自动化机器得到正常维护，以最大限度地减少停机时间。

· Purchase Tools, fixtures, and machines, through approved suppliers (domestically and internationally), and tracking, trial run, and acceptance.通过批准的供应商（国内外）采购工具、夹具和机器，并进行跟踪、试运行和验收。

· To review the DFM and provide comments and suggestions on the tooling point of view.审查DFM，并从工具的角度提供意见和建议。

· Proficient in the technology of all tooling dmanufacturing machines, CNC, EDM, W-cut, Lathe, and so on.精通各种工装制造机床、数控、电火花、W形切割、车床等技术。

· Track the progress of mold repair and modification. Work with engineering, production, customers, and suppliers to accelerate progress in a timely and cost-effective manner.跟踪模具维修和改造的进度。与工程、生产、客户和供应商合作，以及时且具有成本效益的方式加快进度。

· Work with the team to complete the acceptance activities of fixtures, equipment, and automation lines.与团队一起完成夹具、设备和自动化生产线的验收活动。

· Participate in FMEA activities during the DFA process.在DFA过程中参与FMEA活动.

· Assist in solving tooling-related problems during mass production.协助解决批量生产过程中与工装相关的问题。

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

· Bachelor or above degree, Mechanical or Automation major本科或以上学历,机械或自动化专业

· DFx and FEA anslysis experience. DFx和FEA有限元分析经验

· Ability to data analysis and hardware analysis 数据分析和产品硬件分析能力

· Good English communication skills in reading, writing, listening and speaking良好的英文听说读写能力

· Accept business travel接受出差
