· Execute time studies (stopwatch, line balancing, and standard work) and consolidate results using standardized templates for Industrial Engineers.

· Collect, process, and analyze capacity data (equipment and lines) and Direct Labor performance data, supporting headcount calculations, CPH/UPH, and takt/rate analysis.

· Monitor, record, and analyze downtime in systems (e.g., FlexFlow, Downtime Tracker, Mamut), generating reports with root causes, impacts, and corrective actions.

· Prepare, assemble, and/or adapt simple jigs, fixtures, and mockups (moonshine) to support station improvements, prioritizing ergonomics, quality, and safety; support try-outs and validations.

· Support Kaizen events (setup reduction, flow, 5S, standardization, visual management): data collection, time studies, measurements, “as-is/to-be” mapping, action follow-up, and control plans.

· Develop and maintain technical documentation: standardized work instructions (SW), cell/line layouts, process sheets, data collection forms, and reports with numerical and graphical analysis.

· Configure, execute, and document capacity tests/studies and small simulations based on objectives defined by Industrial Engineers, recording procedures, results, and recommendations.

· Maintain software files, spreadsheets, document versions, and measuring equipment according to current revisions; ensure 5S discipline and EHS compliance in the work area.

· Train operators/technicians on new standardized work methods, data collection procedures, and basic use of forms/systems related to CI/IE initiatives.

Specialized Job Responsibilities

· Prepare materials and dashboards for performance review meetings (DL, C/T, UPH, OEE, downtime), presenting insights clearly and objectively (PowerPoint/Excel).

· Support organization of technical documentation (specifications, layouts, station-level P-FMEA/control plans, standard instructions) and updates to internal libraries.

· Conduct data collections/simulations per internal/external customer requirements (when applicable) and support process and 5S audits.

---

Education / Experience

· Education: Technical degree in Mechanics, Production, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; or Technical High School with equivalent experience.
