To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Customer Service Representative located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the PM, Customer Service Representative involves in charge of communicating with customers and dealing with customer inquiries.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Contact and follow-up with the client for shipments.
  • Creation of FTS.
  • Daily shipment tracking.
  • Support to PMs for their shipments.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:
