Motion Controls international (MCi), a Flex company, is the global market leader in mirror glass and power-folding actuators. Currently MCi is expanding its product portfolio to other Automotive actuation solutions such as Active Aerodynamics & Motor cooling management.

We are currently looking for a Document Controller based in Woerden, NL. Working together with the different engineering teams, you manage, release and archive Product and Process Engineering documentation within Engineering according to the MCi quality system.

What a typical day looks like:

• You make sure that all engineering documents, data and structures are set completely and correctly in the system in order to guarantee smooth and flawless processes moving designs into production;
• You are involved in the Engineering Change Order (ECO) coordination including regular reporting;
• You create and manage purchase requisitions for the whole engineering environment;
• You oversee the shipping process including preparation and  arrangement of the packaging as well as solving possible invoicing issues;
• You provide support and advice regarding the documentation system for Woerden and other MCi locations;
• You help improve the document management processes and systems.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Experience working with PLM(product life-cycle management), Windchill would be ideal ;
• Experience working with an ERP system, like SAP Hana;
• A solid technical background to understand our products and to interact with the engineering teams;

• You need to enjoy working independently and have a persistent focus on quality and detail;
• You also need to be very communicative and versatile, as you will interact with many different people;
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
