Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Engineer –Process Engineering in Coimbatore.

What a typical day looks like:

• Designing of Wave Pallets & Selective Soldering Pallets for PTH components Soldering.

• Designing of SMT Pallets & Reflow Pallets for SMT Assy Process.

• Designing of Vacuum Tools, Supporting Blocks for PCB Printing Process.

• Designing of Routing Fixtures, screwing fixtures, Conformal coating fixtures & Others customizes fixtures for SMT & PCB Assy Process.

• Designing of Re-balling stencil for PCB and BGA paste printing process.

• Experience in SMT Process, Electronics products assembly process, Wave Soldering Process, Manufacturing Process Instruction , Work Instruction Creation PFMEA , Process Flow Creation , Process Improvements

• equipment engineering or manufacturing engineering working experience in EMS.

• Skilled in PCBA process, such as: Stencil, Printing, SMT, wave-soldering, assembly, box build.

• Knowledge on Machine Programming such as SPI, AOI, P&P, X Ray.

• Initiate and implement actions for continuous monitoring and improvement of SMT process in accordance with customer requirements, technical specifications of equipment and internal procedures.

• Provide testing and inspection activities, reports to customers.

• Partner with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.

• Skilled in Fixture Tools design software's like SolidWorks, Auto CAD , Creo etc...

• Should have very good knowledge in Manufacturing tool designing process Recognize the manufacturing process, technologies, techniques, and the product. Define, implement, and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability Develop and maintain process documentation.

• Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities and gives in. Participate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements. Aptitude to work with a multi-functional team to define requirements and suitable metrics for the performance of new products and process. Knowledge & direct experience in NPI operations and manufacturing engineering.

• Able to perform root cause analysis and resolve problems Experience with Continuous Process Improvement, Kanban and Lean manufacturing principals.

• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic startup environment Work with other engineering team members to improve existing design or Process. Knowledge of MS office and MS outlook

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• 4 to 6 Yrs of exp with Qualifications BE, ECE, EEE, E&TC , E&I.

• Good English communication skills.

• Experience in Manufacturing /Engineering industry preferably in electronics.

• Excellent communication

• Knowledge of MS office and MS outlook

• Good Analytical & Logical reasoning

• Open for night Shift
