We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our team in a groundbreaking position within a new project and product line in the Automotive industry. To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Facility Supervisor located in Zalaegerszeg.

Reporting to the Facility Manager, the Facility Supervisor role involves providing immediate supervision to a group of employees for the implementation of moderately complex activities related to the efficient management of facilities to ensure that buildings under the organization's responsibility meet the required company and government standards and regulations.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Develop specifications relating to equipment, wiring, and utilities to ensure operations are within government regulations.

  • Manage budget and schedule for moderately complex facility modifications, including costs of contract labor, equipment, and materials.

  • Plan and coordinate with staff activities related to space allocation, equipment and furniture layout using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.

  • Work with senior managers from various departments to provide engineering and technical support.

  • Manage daily facility operations and resolve any escalated issues.

  • Oversee repair and preventive maintenance of facilities and equipment.

  • Train staff on any changes to policy and procedures.

  • Recommend changes to unit or sub-unit policies.

  • Interact frequently with subordinate supervisors, outside customers and functional peer groups at management levels.

  • Conduct presentations of technical information concerning specific projects/schedules.

  • Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.

  • Plan resources (subordinates, subcontractors, materials and costs) to ensure facility KPI for continuous operation of production.

  • Ensure running of the cleanroom environment and maintain the operation according to automotive ISO8 parameters.

  • Develop and implement the annual preventive maintenance schedule for the utilities infrastructure and all the facility equipment.

  • Timely carry on reactive maintenance to eliminate defects.

  • Develop and implement energy savings and cost savings project.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor's degree in technical/ engineering field.

  • Requires a minimum of 3-4 years of related experience, Supervisor experiences can be an advantage.

  • Negotiation level of English and fluent Hungarian language knowledge.

  • Experience with cleanroom iso8 operation can be an advantage.
