Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an HR Generalist located in Zalaegerszeg.
Reporting to the site HR Business Partner the HR Generalist role involves working together with mid-lever management on organizational development, actively participating in HC planning and in different projects.
What a typical day looks like:
Work with mid-level management on organizational development and coach them on people management issues in line with site strategic plans
Actively participate in HC planning and customer related projects (transfers, new business opportunities) and execute project plan
Conduct employee onboarding and help to plan training & development
Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are implemented in line with legislative and audit requirements; prepare for audits
Foster and maintain positive working relationships within all employee levels
Build and sustain high levels of employee engagement
Manage candidate interviews with Talent Acquisition as part of the recruitment and selection process
Advise on the appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
Drive and coordinate different ad hoc HR related projects
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
Bachelor's degree preferably in HR
Around 1-3 years of Human Resources experience
Experience working in manufacturing environment
Wide knowledge of Hungarian employment law and related policies
Confident written and spoken English (and Hungarian)
Demonstrated ability to protect and maintain data privacy
Good communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence with credibility
Ability to collaborate across boundaries, disciplines, and cultures, especially in an evolving matrix environment
Strong planning, co-ordination, and organizational skills
Self-starter mentality with the ability to take ownership
