Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a NPI Engineer located in Łódź, Poland.

The person in this role will report to the NPI Manager.

The NPI Engineer role involves coordinating the implementation of new projects.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Coordinating investment projects related to the implementation of new machines, processes, and technologies
  • Preparing schedules for the introduction of new products and ensuring their timely implementation
  • Cooperating with international clients (supporting decision-making and improvement opportunities)
  • Cooperating with suppliers to deliver new packaging solutions
  • Controlling and ordering materials for prototype builds
  • Analysis of customer requirements, including the Bill of Materials (BOM), technical documentation, specifications, and product packaging instructions.
  • Preparing reports for the needs of superiors and other departments

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Higher education degree or active student status, preferably in technical disciplines or project management
  • Very good command of English, enabling effective communication in an international business environment
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, with advanced Excel skills and basic knowledge of Visual Basic and MS Project
  • Availability and flexibility to collaborate with stakeholders across different time zones
  • Relevant professional experience in a similar role or environment is highly valued and considered a strong asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, supporting effective cooperation with cross‑functional teams
  • Proven ability to work as a reliable team player while contributing independently when required
  • Professional attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and business awareness
