Job SummaryThe Pre-Sales Coordinator provides operational support to Customer Sales Representative, is responsible for processing orders for MOS sales, and acts as a liaison between sales and other departments.
This role will also provide operational support to Customer Sales Representative, be responsible for processing orders for MOS sales, and act as a liaison between sales and other departments.
What a typical day looks like:
- Receive customer orders on ERP system
- Responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed and delivered on time
- Provides timely and accurate invoicing
- Notifies logistics/planning of customer requests to modify delivery dates
- Runs and reconciles applicable open order reports daily to ensure orders are flowing and issues are resolved
- Encourages and builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with all co-workers, outside customers and vendors
- Conducts as the public image of the company in accordance with MOS's code of conduct

The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- 2+ years prior experience in a sales support, inside sales, or marketing coordination role
- Proficient with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc)
- Must have professional communication skills using MS office, Zoom, etc.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification.
- Bachelor's degree in related industry
