Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Process and Technology Engineer located in Migdal Haemek.
What a typical day looks like:
- Leading All aspects of PCB & PCBA to ensure high quality of manufacturability.
- Ongoing PCB/PCBA activities: New materials Selection, Implementation. New manufacturing technologies study and implementation. Provide ongoing technological and process improvements to meet quality, cost and production goals. Ongoing production support to ensure continues production.
- Collaborate and support organization departments – Operation, infrastructures, productions, Quality and more.
- Work very closely with one of our top customers, Provide high-quality customer service and support.
- Develop and implement design improvements from design and to mass-production.
- Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assembly associated with New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Design, qualify, document and validate assembly & test fixtures/Jigs and tools, release to production and service.
- Perform root causes analysis and implement corrective actions on equipment and manufacturing process issues.
- Support on-going production processes and equipment, Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Provide technical evaluation and implementation plan input to the Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA) program.
- Continuous improvement as a method for identifying opportunities for streamlining processes and reducing waste.
- Define and track DFX guidelines implementation in the product phases – Advantage.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Engineering Degree or related experience.
- A minimum of 1-3 years with experience in PCB, PCBA Technology and Development activities.
- Advanced knowledge of job area with PCB / PCBA experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English & Hebrew
- Flexibility for handling a wide range of activities and wide technological fields.
- “Hands on”, quick learner and a team player.
