To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Process Engineer located in Juarez Sur.

Reporting to the Product Engineer, the Process Engineer's role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• Leadership
• Attitude and availability to changes in processes.
• Evaluate and select various engineered materials.
• Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products.
• Implement safety, productivity, and yield improvements.
• Improve manufacturing techniques and through put.
• Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Review processing methods.
• Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer.
• Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer.
• PCBA industry experience.
• Have knowledge of Tooling development.
• Knowledge of chemical dispensing machines.
• Knowledge of statistics (analytical).

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Intermediate English
• Typically requires a bachelor's degree.
• Assists in achieving section/sub-function objectives for a functional area.
• Provides input for team decisions. Decisions affect team.
• Identifies own development needs and works toward them.
• Demonstrates skills in teaching/leading and/or mentoring; may lead a team.
• Makes decisions for sections/sub-functions.
• Executes functional strategic plans and objectives at the site.
• Stablish Budget projection for PM & CM for Engineering Department.
• Define strategies for Down Time reduction.
• Collaborate in Process Improvement initiatives.
• Define and monitor KPI for operation.
