Job summary:

The person will carry out activities coordinated by the new projects and tool room area, identifying the critical aspects of each of the molds from the design phase, manufacturing to their arrival at Flex

What a typical day looks like:

• The functions performed in this business unit. The duties may include the following.
• Mechanical design focused on injection molds.
• Project management.
• Communication whit mold maker and customer service.
• Analyze and identify technical issues in the mechanical of injection molds

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• SolidWorks Mechanic Design.
•  Advanced English communication skills.
• Experience with CNC programming
• Read and interpret technical specifications.
• Experience in industrial, sheet metal, design to be fabricated by mechanical systems. (e.g., material selection, hardening treatments, tolerances establishment, etc.
• Coordinates maintenance activities with other functional groups such as engineering and operations to ensure the efficient operation of the injection molds.
