To support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Program Administrator located in Guadalajara, Campus Norte.

Reporting to the Program Management Manager, the Program Administrator role involves assisting with the management of key customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.

What a typical day looks like:

·         Administrative support and right-hand to the Program Administration Manager for multiple clients.

·         Keeping records, logs, and information up to date.

·         Analyzing data to support critical decision-making.

·         Developing and maintaining business relationships with clients.

·         Leading and coordinating projects/activities with Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure the program progresses as planned and within the prescribed budget, including facilitating work/communication between departments.

·         Preparing program reports and executive presentations for management, clients, or others.

·         May collaborate in the development and tracking of program metrics.

·         Coordination and management of shipments.

·         Billing for purchase orders and miscellaneous items.

·         Follow-up and support in NPI runs.

·         Direct contact with the client.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

·         Completed bachelor's degree in business or engineering.

·         Experience with NPIs is a plus.

·         Fluent English, both spoken and written.

·         Experience in Order Management (creating sales orders, shipments) is a plus.

·         Intermediate Excel skills.

·         ERP (Baan) experience is a plus.

·         Knowledge of shipping and logistics.

·         Knowledge of SMT and Backend processes.
