Position Responsibilities:

• Receives and validates accurate information for customer requirement and demand(Forecast, price, address, incoterms, payment terms etc.)
• Create shipping instruction according to customer request.
• Coordinates with the CFT the analysis and demand load as well as the response of the operation (Material Shortages, Can Do, E&O, capacity, plan shipments, etc.) that is communicated to the customer.
• Supports the PM to coordinates with the CFT the actions necessary for compliance with the targets agreed with the customer (quality, testing, materials, processes, etc.)
• Coordinate and support shipments with logistics team for the resolution of problems or extraordinary situations with shipments of product.
• Support AR team with any invoice discrepancy. Monitor and support customer payment on time collection
• Helps the PM on the relationship with the customer through monthly or quarterly reviews, or as needed, to communicate deliveries, open commitments or overall progress of the account.

What a typical day looks like:

• Forecast / IO planning / Delivery / Supply follow up

• Sales order monitoring & revenue commit & follow up with customers
• Communication with internal & external cross functions teams(conference meeting/email/calling etc.)
• AR(Account Receiving) follow up with customers
• Daily Production Reporting to customers

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• 2～3 years + Program Assistant Experience in manufacturing/operations area
• Strong in interpersonal and communications skills and language expression capability 
• English listening, speaking, reading and writing capabilities
• Ability of logical thinking/problem solving/data analysis
