To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Software Embedded,Senior Staff Engineer located in Shanghai.

Reporting to the Software Manager, the SW Senior Staff Engineer role involves…

What a typical day looks like:

• Provide simulation and digital control loop design expertise in fields: PFC, inverter, DCDC or battery management systems
• Create clear high-level SW Architectural design based on On-Board-Charger or DCDC  System requirements
• Work with cross-functional teams in defining requirements, risks and mitigation reviews, and ensure subsystem requirements meet system requirements and applicable quality and regulatory standards
• Follow company disciplined product development process and participate in technical reviews, ensuring design and documentation traceability, and confirming that design outputs meet design inputs
• System bring-up, debug, validation, till to production
• Publish software test plan and reports
• Mentor junior engineers

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• University degree - preferably computer science, electronics or similar
• Minimum 5 years in Embedded systems
• Good knowledge of power circuit ACDC, DCDC or DCAC control algorithm, including SVPWM algorithm, FOC algorithm, phase-shift PWM control, PID control and feedforward controll
• Familiar with MBD (Model-Based Design).
• Build the power circuit model, simulate and analyze the control algorithm with MATLAB simulink
• Good communication and presentation skills in English.
