To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a/an [Sr IE Engineer] located in [Zhuhai].

Reporting to the [IE manager], the [Sr. IE Engineer] role involves below

​What a typical day looks like:

• Be familiar with SOE study using stopwatch. Be good at analysising line balance and know how to do improvement and setup the reasonable HC configuration based on time study.
• 熟练掌握秒表法测量SOE。精通生产线平衡率分析，调整，改善和提升。并能基于时间研究合理配置生产线人力标准配置。
• Be skilled in CAD software to design production line layout, material flow, ready line set-up schedule and drive team to finish timely;
• 精通CAD 软件设计生产线布局及其物流。制定产线建线计划并推动各部门如期完成；
• Production line worktables, racks, trolleys etc. design and drawings providing and do the demand assessment;
• 生产线工作台，物料架，推车等设计及图纸提供和需求核算；
• Production line capacity analysis, equipment/fixture demand and HC demand forecast and planning;
• 生产线产能分析，设备，夹具，及人力需求评估；
• NPI support for layout and material flow design, optimization. And push process improvement and station balance to meet target UPH and HC configuration;
• NPI 导入和跟进。负责产线布局设计，调整和优化；积极推动流程改善和工位的平衡调整, 达到设定目标UPH和人力配置；
• Applying IE methods and tools to be continue involved in lean activities to eliminate waste, save cost and improve efficiency.
• 通过应用IE方法和工具，持续参与消除浪费，节约成本，提升效率的精益活动。

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• At least 5 years' work experiences in IE or related Engineering. Give first priority if work experience focus on assembly process of medium size product or above, such as vacuum cleaner, printer.
• 5年以上工业工程或相关工程领域工作经验；优先考虑具备中大型产品组装车间IE服务经验,如吸尘器,打印机;
• Be good at English reading, writing, listening and speaking;
• 具备良好的英文读，写，听，说能力;
• Have a good command of office software and Auto CAD;
• 精通办公软件和Auto CAD;
