Part-Time Days - 10-20 Hours A Week.

Position Summary:

Drives and operates a vehicle with a total weight of less than 8,000 pounds, including passenger cars, small trucks, vans, and SUVs.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collects goods or products and transports them to their destinations.

  • Loads and unloads cargo.

  • Practices safe driving habits, and follows all safety regulations and standards.

  • Performs vehicle maintenance checks and arranges regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle.

  • Follows schedules and uses navigation apps to plan each route based on road and traffic conditions.

  • Collects payments, documents amount, and offers receipts when applicable.

  • Completes documentation such as logs, mileage, or cargo reports.

  • Interacts with clients in a professional manner.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
Excellent time management skills
Knowledge of road regulations and safety measures
Ability to perform vehicle checks

Position Qualifications:
Education:
HS diploma or equivalent 

Experience: 
2+ years of relevant commercial driving experience 

Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time
Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
Ability to travel frequently
