The Sr MRI Technologist, under the direction of the Chief MRI Technologist, coordinates technical workings of the department, supervises technologists, and coordinates workflow.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: 1. High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.2. Completion of a formal school of radiologic technology.
3. 3 years as a staff technologist.
4. Meets requirements for registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT). Licenses and Certifications Required: 1. AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification. Licenses and Certifications Preferred: 1. MRI Certification.
