Job Requirements
• Certs: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• MO State or Compact RN license required
• 13 weeks
• Routine nursing care accommodated by an RN/Patient ratio of 5:1
• Routine finger stick blood sugar
• Cardiac or vasoactive drips/IV Meds that are stable, or require titration for no more than 90 minutes to stabilize patient include

Unit Specific Information
• Unit: Medical Telemetry
• Routine nursing care accommodated by an RN/Patient ratio of 5:1
• Patients who need a Nursing assessment every 8 hours
• Patients who need Vital signs every 8 hours routinely
• Cardiac monitoring
• Hemodynamically stable dysrhythmia
• Strong suspicion of non-ST segment Elevate Myocardial Infarction (non-STEMI) or unstable coronary syndrome by history, electrocardiogram, or labs for cardiac injury with resolution of chest pain and without hemodynamic instability or life threatening arrhythmias.
