• PALS preferred for all except: Not Required for: Med/Surg, Surgery, ED, and ICU.
• TNCC preferred for all, not required for ED
• Advanced AWOHNN Required for Women's Care/Labor & Delivery
• HIPAA Statement Required
• Nursys Verification Required
• NIH Stroke Certification Required for ED, ICU, MS/Tele, Tele, and Step Down.
• Pharmacology Exam required within 12 months
• MO or compact license.

Job Details
• Position/Specialty: RN Stepdown
• Ratios: 1:3
• Years of Experience REQ: 1-2yrs experience
• Shift: 3x12 nights 7p-7a
• First-timers Accepted: Yes
• 60 mile radius rule - NO LOCALS
• Is on-call REQ? Every 3rd weekend
• Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Float rotation to med tele, med surg, and rehab units as needed
• Open to accommodating block schedule? Will accept request at time of submission
• Experience with drips including Cardizem, Amio, Heparin and Dobutamine
• Experience with Special Procedures/Equipment: Thoracentesis, Paracentesis, Bipap, Airvo

Job Requirements
• 1-2yrs experience
• Certs REQ: ACLS and BLS (AHA ONLY)
• May be scheduled for CHARGE duties if possible
• Must be comfortable with taking isolation patients including COVID
