Description
The Administrative Assistant supports the executive leaders within the organization by performing administrative duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties, including preparing agendas, distributing mail, coordinating and arranging meetings
- Maintain appointment calendars, managing events, and files
- Research, coordinate, and finalize complex assignments
- Exercise independent judgment with respect to routine problems
- Prepare documents and materials using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; maintain confidentiality of information related to the work of the department, and perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned
- Coordinate work with other Corporate administrative assistance

Requirements
Job Qualifications – Education and Experience
- 3-5 years' experience as an administrative assistant
- MS Office proficient including advanced Excel and V-Lookup skills
- Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal, on-site supervision
- Strong time management skills, in order to manage and execute multiple tasks/projects
Physical Requirements
- General office environment, ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to move about an office
The candidate must be able to perform this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures and good manufacturing practices, without endangering the health or safety of self or others.
The anticipated rate for this position is $26.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
