Job Summary This position is responsible for partnering with our internal HR Business Partners and Hiring Executives in creating, developing and executing the appropriate recruiting strategies for executive level positions. The Executive Recruiter will partner with the HCSC senior leadership team to identify and hire the top executive and talent that is critical to the business.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor Degree with 7 years talent acquisition experience OR 10 years talent acquisition experience
* 3 years of experience focused on executive recruiting
* Experience partnering with business leaders and executives to fill critical leadership positions
* Ability to negotiate with and influence internal and external stakeholders in the executive recruitment process
* Ability to plan, design and administer recruitment practices across divisions and multiple stakeholders
* Initiative, analytical ability, planning and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and under the direction of HR leadership
* PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Lotus Notes. experience
* Interpersonal skills including working across departments, building consensus, driving direction, and building lasting relationships with customers, peers and leadership
