This position is responsible for governing Pharmacy portfolio projects, serving as a Program Manager and/or Business Lead for Pharmacy Implementation. The role involves extensive collaboration with internal and external business partners and includes managing relationships with Pharmacy vendors. Responsible for pharmacy project management design, project plan development, implementation and follow-through related to program effectiveness; maximization of divisional or enterprise efficiencies; developing requirements to meet corporate and divisional goals and driving/monitoring the divisional and enterprise initiatives; management and oversight of reports relating to divisional/enterprise operations, management and oversight of divisional budget and may have oversight or direct associate pharmacy program manager or other pharmacy program managers as needed. Ability and willingness to travel, including overnight stays.Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree.
- 6 years experience with managed care products and programs.
- Knowledge of Pharmacy / Healthcare programs, as well as policy and procedure development.
- Project management experience from design to implementation.
- Knowledge of the health insurance industry, including regulatory landscape.
Preferred Requirements:
- 5 year of experience managing the implementation of large scale projects or programs.
- Experience with group implementations in partnership with internal stakeholders and vendor partners.
- Manage projects from inception to completion; oversight coordination and implement projects successfully within dynamic timelines.
- Effectively lead, facilitate, influence and interact with all levels of management including Executives.
- Serve as business subject matter expert for delivery and implementation.
- Lead numerous department initiatives relating to Pharmacy Business; Peak Season, SWAT, Pharmacy Intake, Strategy, etc.
This position does require 3 days per week in the office.

Compensation: $90,900.00 - $164,200.00
