Job Summary BASIC FUNCTION
HCSC is looking for a dynamic individual to join it's Training & Development team! This role is NOT recruiting or talent acquisition; however, the position will be responsible for the execution of talent management initiatives that drive employee engagement, development, and retention. Duties will include: supporting the implementation of scalable and robust talent management and engagement programs; implementing a consistent performance management process mapped to long-term business needs; partnering with key internal stakeholders to mobilize a regular, consistent and inclusive process of performance, engagement and talent management; managing projects, tracking and measuring talent and high potential initiatives including developing talent profiles, development plans or action plans, training, leadership development, career pathing and competency models. This role is hybrid/flex and requires in office visibility three days per week, working from home the other two days.

NOTE: relocation is NOT available, sponsorship will NOT be extended ~

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree OR 4 years' talent management experience.
  • 5 years' Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Training & Development experience.
  • Experience with performance coaching and development.
  • Solid project/program management skills.
  • Ability to multi task, prioritize work, and excel in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience working autonomously and collaboratively across multiple functions.
  • Compelling interpersonal skills, communication and team skills with ability to cultivate trust-based working relations with all levels.
  • Experience applying data insights and actionable business plans.
  • Experience working with multiple internal and external customers, senior management and subject matter experts.
  • Experience with adult learning theories and/or emerging instructional design trends in the industry.
  • Clear and concise visual, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen analytical skills including critical and strategic thinking.
  • Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience working with others to analyze information and evaluate results to identify appropriate solutions.
  • Experience overcoming obstacles by developing solutions to meet individual and departmental goal.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Event coordination/management experience.
  • Experience with planning and drafting company-wide communications.
  • Healthcare industry experience.
