• Highly skilled in design with a strong eye for color, layout, typography, and industry trends.  
• An open-minded team-player who takes constructive feedback gracefully and works collaboratively toward the bigger picture.  
• Excellent at managing your time and multitasking while also maintaining an excellent attention to detail. 
• A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative to anticipate obstacles and communicate them effectively.

• Ideate design solutions for Hobby Lobby's product and packaging creation. 
• Participate in the development of seasonal and everyday art collections within the Department's archive of exclusive art. 
• Review final designs and file set-ups to ensure project objectives have been met and all aspects are consistent with Department/Corporate Brand Standards. 
• Research art, typography, design, and marketing trends for inspiration.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field required 
• Professional design experience helpful 
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills required 
• Proficient Mac skills
