Responsibilities will primarily provide services to the Chicopee MA outpatient clinic. Duties include providing physical therapy services to patients ranging#from school-age children to geriatrics, who are referred to our outpatient clinics. Conducts and documents initial evaluation of patients, designs a treatment plan, and establishes age appropriate goals for each patient. The position#requires occasional rotation to the inpatient unit.# Saturday rotation is also required. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university; current license or license eligible from the Massachusetts State Board of Allied Health as a Registered Physical Therapist; current certificate in cardiopulmonary resuscitation; current driver#s license.# Outpatient experience is preferred.
