Duties include providing physical therapy services to in-patient patients at Holyoke Medical Center. Conducts and documents initial evaluation of patients, designs a treatment plan, and establishes age-appropriate goals for each patient.# REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university; current license or license eligible from the Massachusetts State Board of Allied Health as a Registered Physical Therapist; current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation; current driver#s license Applicants must have: A passion for caring about a community through quality work A drive for learning new practices A willingness to offer new ideas to the team to help with our culture of continuous improvement The ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time A TEAMWORK MENTALITY
