Position Overview ID Logistics is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to join our dynamic legal team, reporting directly to the General Counsel, US. This mid-level in-house counsel position offers the opportunity to support a fast-growing global third-party logistics company in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of contracts, including master warehousing agreements, statements of work, real estate leases, amendments, estoppels, NDAs, and vendor agreements. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to delivering timely and transparent legal support to key stakeholders. Location: Remote within the state of North Carolina (NC) or Pennsylvania (PA) preferred Work Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM Travel Specifics: 10% Competitive Compensation: $105,000 - $115,000/year plus a performance-based bonus, along with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company matching, generous PTO, sick time, and company holidays. Key Responsibilities * Draft, review, negotiate, and oversee contracts for the US division, working with Fortune 500 customers, landlords, and vendors. * Manage real estate lease negotiations, oversee landlord relationships, and handle lease-related matters. * Provide strategic legal counsel and business advice to cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, account management, and finance. * Balance risk mitigation with business goals, ensuring legal solutions align with company objectives. * Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to effectively manage shifting priorities and deadlines. * Maintain contract data within the contract management system, ensuring accurate reporting and updates for company leadership. Minimum Requirements * Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. * Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state with hands on work experience as a Attorney. * 3+ years of experience in commercial transactions, including drafting and negotiating contracts, real estate leases, and statements of work. * Proven experience managing complex, high-value contract negotiations. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, DocuSign, or similar contract management software.
