Description

Responsibilities:
 Regular inspection, troubleshooting and repairs of electrical and mechanical production, Conveyor experience
equipment throughout the facility.
 Detecting malfunctions and defects in electrical and mechanical systems on all automation
equipment.
 Ensuring the compliance of all corporate policies and the Occupational Safety and health
administration rules (OSHA) while conducting work functions.
 Maintaining a record of service cycles and other maintenance activities conducted.
 Efficiently managing time and completing all tasks assigned by the supervisory authority.
 Reporting damages, defects and other issues pertaining to electrical and mechanical units to
the supervising manager.
 Documenting spare and replacement parts required and completing all necessary
documentation for the same.
 Appropriately using and handling all electrical repair and testing tools and equipment.
 Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance
when observed.
 Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
 Other duties as assigned.


 


Pay Rate Starting $25.00


Shift Hours 12 noon to 10:00pm

Qualifications

 In depth electrical and mechanical experience.
 Proficient in working with voltages from 24 volts to 480 volts.
 PLC knowledge and troubleshooting experience.
 AVG (Automated Guided Vehicle) or LVG (Laser Guided Vehicle) experience.
 Knowledge of working with HMI's.
 Ability to work independently.
 Proficient in Preventative Maintenance tasks and services.
 Automation experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
 Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Ability to effectively manage time and meet all specified deadlines.
 Sound understanding of using all electrical testing equipment.
 Ability to use efficiently various power and hand tools.
 Ability to operate a forklift.
 Should follow oral or written instructions.
 Team mindset.
 Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
 High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education
 Ability to stand, walk, bend, extend, reach, and twist for long periods of time.
