Position Overview: The IT Project Manager will lead end-to-end project execution for key technology initiatives, focusing on WMS implementations and system integrations between client ERP platforms and WMS. You will work cross-functionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects that meet scope, timeline, and budget expectations. Work Location: Johns Creek Admin Building - Atlanta Metro Work Schedule: First Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Work Travel: Up to 5% domestic travel Competitive Total Rewards Package: Attractive annual salary of $95,000 - $100,000 plus a performance-based bonus, with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more. Responsibilities: * Manage full lifecycle of IT projects, particularly WMS implementations and integrations with client ERP systems. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. * Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, track progress, and report status to stakeholders. * Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. * Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout. * Oversee testing, training, and change management activities. * Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. Minimum Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. * 5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in a logistics or 3PL environment. * Proven experience leading WMS implementations * Strong understanding of system integrations, especially between ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and WMS platforms. * Familiarity with EDI, API, and other data exchange protocols used in logistics and supply chain systems. * Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * PMP or other relevant certifications a plus.
