Description

Support management on the responsibility and authority to ensure that processes needed for inventory management across the enterprise. Responsible for creating replenishment strategies, executing SKU transitions, maintaining network balance through parameters, and collaborating with internal and external cross functional partners. As an Employer of Choice, ID Logistics invests in you by providing a comprehensive benefits program that offers a valuable, affordable benefit plan package that includes medical, dental, vision, employer paid life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, generous paid time off along with other supplemental benefits. • Responsibilities: Leverages SAP and other systems to execute “day to day” inventory control, to consistently achieve fill rates while minimizing Inventory days on hand across the global supply chain. • Identifies and prioritizes root causes of fill rate issues and excess inventory and drives corrective actions and control mechanisms across cross-functional teams. • Manages supplier relations and partners with supplier to address fill rate, lead time, damaged in-transit issues and supplier return process. Creates import orders based on containerization requirements. • Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. • Daily Call Off Report to identify red-flagged Items for following Week’s Pre-Planning. • Weekly Report on Purchase Orders open and/or outstanding; both for Invoicing and Production. • Periodic Destruction Write-Offs to minimize Warehouse Capacity in terms of Obsolete and Storage. • Promotes a safe environment for the customer’s product, associates, and temporary workers. • Writes and responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and operations. Advises management on the appropriate resolution of operating issues. • Provides 100% customer satisfaction. • Builds a positive teamwork environment by listening and communicating with all associates. • Follows and implements all AIM procedures for the facility. • Helps maintain a tour ready facility. • Follows the Sundown policy. • Monitors daily compliance to safety procedures. • Investigate accidents and prepares reports. • Provides on-the-job coaching and training needed to ensure associate skills are maintained at desired levels. • Supports the coordination of floor space and work flow schemes. • Cross trains associate as needed to maximize associate effectiveness. • Assist in coordinating OS&D claims. • Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. • Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate. • Other duties as assigned. Benefits: • Medical, Dental, Vision 1st of month after hire (Options available) • 401K with matching program • STD, LTD • Vacation and sick time • Friendly and Open-Door culture Salary range for this role - $65,000 to $75,000 / per year 3+ years of supervisory experience in a distribution, 3PL, or warehouse environment • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, or general business preferred • The Ability to troubleshoot errors and execute corrective actions • Vendor Management skills • Strong communication skills, to be able to present complex data analysis to both, internal and external customers • Strong Microsoft Office experience including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Experience with SAP, WMS software, Nulogy, and Red Prairie required • Experience with Rescheduling Weekly, Order Delivery, Order Rescheduling and Order Cancelation • Experience with 5S and continuous improvement programs • Proficiency with Forecasting Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
