POSITION SUMMARY
Performs comprehensive CRM database support for Sales, making daily calls, arranging tours and follow-up to assist the sales team in achieving the community's occupancy and revenue goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintains sales database including customer/prospect files.
- Performs database re-engagement when assigned a community by contacting all leads and making updates to prospect records.
- Maintains voice to voice, email, text follow-up with prospects and updates database accordingly.
- Demonstrates effective telephone skills producing qualified leads and appointments.
- Able to work in multiple communities assigned and communicate effectively with each community's leadership.
- Maintains an open and ongoing dialogue with the resident and/or family by setting up agreed upon next steps.
- Updates community team of tours and repeat tours through email.
- Assists in executing marketing strategies and objectives.
- Assists in initial discovery that leads to touring prospective residents/guardians.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associate degree preferred.
- One (1) year experience in a senior living sales administrative support role involving customer service.

Educational Requirements and Experience:
- Associate degree preferred.
- One (1) year experience in a senior living sales administrative support role involving customer service.
