LNG Inspector
Intertek is searching for an LNG Inspector to join our Caleb Brett team in our Kitimat, British Columbia operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow a versatile career in the field of LNG inspection.
The LNG Inspector is responsible for.
What you'll do:
Attend vessel loading at the client terminal and follow standard industry protocol including the below duties
- Verify the sampling and analysis system is functioning properly.
- Ensure the terminal representative is obtaining the proper samples.
- Notify the Operator if any non-conformance is identified during operations.
- Ensure the LNG volumes are independently obtained from certified tables and confirmed with the vessel representative.
- Complete final report upon completion of the vessel loading
What it takes to be successful in this role:
- 3-5 years experience in the petroleum inspection industry with a focus on LNG inspection
- Attention to detail and solid computer skills with a focus on Microsoft office
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and to follow SOP's.
Salary & Benefits Information
The base wage for this position is $42.19 hourly. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
