Reporting to the Web Strategy Director you will be a part of the Marketing department that works closely with corporate marketing, field marketing, product marketing, and sales teams.
Job Description
We're hiring a Web Developer that will be in charge of front-end development and back-end/module development. This role necessitates a mix of coding (PHP, HTML, CSS, JS, and so on) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on). The top applicants are well-versed in industry developments as well as content management systems.
Responsibilities
- Active participation in all UI / UX decisions
- Contribute actively to the continuous development of process and product
- Enhance Drupal development quality
- In charge of assisting in the creation of an effective, responsive design
- Provide solutions to issues and suggestions for improvements
- Designing and implementing new features to the system
- Ensuring optimal performance
- Identifying and troubleshooting issues in the code
- Providing innovative and new features to keep the system up-to-date
- Collaborating with front-end developers for functional and intuitive implementation
Required Skills
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar subject is required
- Experience with Acquia, Drupal Theming and Front-End Development experience
- Experience working with Drupal's main modules, such as CTools, Views, Rules, and so on
- Expert knowledge in JavaScript, PHP, HTML5/XHTML, Bootstrap 4+ and CSS
- Knowledge of layout grid systems and paragraph layout
- Strong architectural ability including familiarity with data, display, and information architecture
- Ability to create custom Drupal modules
- Working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, VWO, Marketo, SEMRush, Google Tag Manager, Figma etc
- Identify and escalate issues to the rest of the team and the project manager when needed
- Conduct self-guided QA testing on all work and contribute to peer QA testing and reviews
- Strong troubleshooting skills to fix bugs

Minimum Experience:
- 5+ years' experience as a Full-Stack Drupal Developer and Acquia
- 5+ years' experience of responsive web development
- 3+ years' experience with building pages in boostrap, HTML, CSS and JS
- 3+ years' experience with UX Testing
