Certification Details
• Valid Driver's License or State ID Required
• Certification Requirements: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, CHEMO, TNCC, EFM, NIH Stroke Certification
• Online License Verification from IN.gov
• Fit Mask: Documentation required including make, model, size, and date generally within 12 months of start

Job Details
• Equipment Used: Phillips: Elite iQon, 7500 iqon, iCT 256, Iqon, and Brilliacne 64
• Certification Requirements: BLS and ARRT(CT)
• Skillset Requirements: Minimum 1 Yrs Exp, IV Starts, PACS, Contrasts, Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, and Musculoskeletal
• Unit Information: Trauma 1, Stroke 1, Vascular 1 programs with a busy ER. We also perform advanced exams including Coronary CTA, TAVR, Cardiac, and Low Dose Exams
• First Time Travelers Accepted

Job Requirements
• BLS and ARRT(CT) Certification Required
• Minimum 1 Yrs Experience
• IV Starts
• Experience with PACS
• Chest, Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Spine, and Musculoskeletal imaging experience

Schedule Information
• Call Requirements: 2, 8 hour call shifts per 4 weeks as well as 1, 24 hour weekend shift per 13 weeks
• Schedule: Fri-Sun 19:00-7:00

Unit Specific Information
• The unit is involved in Trauma 1, Stroke 1, Vascular 1 programs and has a busy ER
• Advanced exams performed include Coronary CTA, TAVR, Cardiac, and Low Dose Exams
