We have immediate opportunities for Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance / Functional) experts to join our team as Customer Engineers (CEs). This is a remote (home-based), salaried role with great benefits and a fantastic team.
As a CE, you'll you'll engage directly with customers' finance teams, CFOs, and IT stakeholders to help them implement smart, scalable finance systems that improve visibility, accuracy, and decision-making — powered by Microsoft's cloud and AI platform.
You'll serve as a trusted advisor across key finance transformation initiatives, from core ERP implementation to intelligent automation of processes like billing, budgeting, and compliance.
Location: Remote US. CEs are home-based and typically deliver services via Microsoft Teams.
Salary Range: $100K – $110K based on experience
Primary Work Includes:
- Participate in the development of client workshops and solution design for D365 Finance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting.
- Help customers integrate AI capabilities into financial workflows — including forecasting, anomaly detection, and real-time insights.
- Guide customers through mapping business requirements to D365 features, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and compliance frameworks.
- Guide customers through finance modernization efforts, helping move from legacy ERPs or manual processes to cloud-native operations.
- Help customers collaborate across business and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation, adoption, and optimization of financial systems.
- Guide customers through operational reporting and analytics using Power BI, embedded dashboards, and data modeling in Dataverse.

- Platform & Integration: D365 F&O, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Dataverse
- AI & Intelligence: Dynamics 365 Copilot for Finance, AI Builder, Financial Forecasting, Anomaly Detection
- Analytics: Power BI, Financial KPI dashboards, Real-time reporting
- Compliance & Controls: Audit tracking, workflow approvals, security roles, segregation of duties
- Best Practices: Fit-gap analysis, testing strategies, training & enablement
The Experience You'll Need to Excel in the Role:
- 15 + years of IT experience
- 7+ years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Finance or equivalent ERP systems.
- Deep understanding of core financial processes and reporting needs across enterprise environments.
- Experience leading end-to-end implementation cycles, including solution design, testing, and go-live support.
- Familiarity with embedding AI insights or automation into finance workflows.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with both finance and IT stakeholders.
