We have immediate opportunities for Dynamics 365 F&O (Supply Chain & Operations) experts to join our team as Customer Engineers (CEs). This is a remote (home-based), salaried role with great benefits and a fantastic team.
As a CE, you'll help enterprise retail customers modernize operations specifically focused on Supply Chain and Operations. In this customer-facing role, you'll help large enterprises modernize their supply chain planning, logistics, manufacturing, and fulfillment operations using D365 and AI-driven insights.
You'll partner with stakeholders to help them re-engineer processes, improve end-to-end visibility, and embed intelligence across operations — aligning supply and demand with speed, accuracy, and resilience.
Location: Remote US. CEs are home-based and typically deliver services via Microsoft Teams.
Salary Range: $100K – $110K based on experience
Primary Work Includes:
- Guide clients through discovery and solutioning workshops around Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, including inventory, warehousing, transportation, and production planning.
- Guide customers through digital transformation of supply chain operations, with a focus on visibility, efficiency, and agility.
- Help clients map business requirements to D365 F&O capabilities, ensuring alignment to best practices and industry standards.
- Help customers leverage AI and predictive insights to improve demand forecasting, stock optimization, and supplier management.
- Guide client through collaboration across IT and business teams to enable real-time reporting, workflow automation, and compliance tracking.
- Support rollout of scalable solutions integrated with Power Platform, Azure, and external ERP or logistics systems.
- Align customer implementations with the Microsoft Industry Cloud for Manufacturing and modern SCM frameworks.

- Integration & Extensibility: Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure Integration Services
- AI & Intelligence: Dynamics 365 Copilot, AI Builder, Predictive Insights, Power BI for SCM
- Process Optimization: Lean manufacturing, Just-in-Time (JIT), workflow automation
- Governance & Documentation: Fit-gap analysis, solution design, functional specs
The Experience You'll Need to Excel in the Role:
- 15 + years of IT experience
- 7+ years in functional consulting roles with Dynamics 365 F&O, specifically in Supply Chain or Manufacturing domains.
- Strong background in process mapping, solution design, and operational planning.
- Familiarity with integrating AI/ML or data analytics into supply chain workflows.
- Ability to bridge technical implementation teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
- Passion for solving complex logistical challenges with modern cloud tools.
