Certification Details
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required for various units
• BLS - Basic Life Support required for all Nursing and Tech positions
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support required for specific units
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure required for specific units
• CHEMO - Chemotherapy required for Oncology
• EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring required for L&D
• Tech Cert Verification - National for various tech positions
• State License 1 Verification applicable by profession
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) required
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam required for certain start dates

Job Details
• Submission requirements - Cover sheet, Resume, Primary Source, Skills Checklist
• Resource must have 2 years of recent acute care experience in PACU with Level I trauma
• 1-2 yrs of critical care experience, resource must have ventilator experience

Job Requirements
• **ACLS, PALS, and BLS required

Schedule Information
• Full time - Monday through Friday
• RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive
• No RTO the day prior or after a holiday
• No RTO on weekends
